We rarely receive returned products. And chargeback disputes are even more rare.

We do our very best to resolve any customer dissatisfaction on a case-by-case basis and with personal attention. Our relationship with customers is very important to us and we take this commitment seriously. Chargebacks severely limit our ability to fulfill that commitment by introducing a 3rd party into our relationship.

By ordering from us, you agree NOT to open any chargeback dispute against us at any time. Further, by ordering from us, you agree to request an order cancellation and refund prior to initiating any chargeback dispute. You also agree that if we have shipped your order PRIOR to your chargeback dispute being opened, that your chargeback dispute is invalid.

Should a customer open a chargeback dispute against us, we may, at our discretion, discontinue any future relationship or contact with that customer. Further, we may place the individual on a "black list" to ensure the customer cannot continue to transact business with us.
