Shipping Time -- We generally ship 4 to 5 days per week (Monday through Friday, at most). We have a policy to ship orders on a first-come first-served basis, except in rare circumstances.
Sewing machines, parts, needles, thread, etc. usually ship within 2 business days, when in-stock.
Some pack gear products (packsaddles in particular) often have a leadtime of 6-8 weeks or longer, even if shown as in-stock. Please contact us if you an event or trip for which you need your pack gear. This will give us an opportunity to evaluate the feasibility of delivery by your desired date.
Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or our representatives only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
